Accessibility Statement

8.1 Our Commitment

Supreme AI is committed to ensuring that our Platform and website are accessible to everyone, including people with disability, older Australians, and those using assistive technology. AML/CTF compliance obligations apply equally to all reporting entities regardless of how they access digital services; our tools must reflect that.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance Level AA, as adopted in the Australian Government Digital Service Standard and recognised under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) (‘DDA’). We conduct regular accessibility audits and address identified issues in a prioritised manner.

8.2 Accessibility Features

User-Adjustable Settings

  5. Underline all links and highlight keyboard focus indicators
  6. Keyboard-only navigation throughout all platform functions

Built-in Platform Design Practices

  3. Closed captions and text transcripts for all video and audio content
  4. Plain English used in all content where the regulation permits
  5. All form fields have visible, descriptive labels and accessible error messages
  6. Colour contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.2 minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text
  7. Time-limited sessions with accessible warnings and extension options
  8. Screen reader compatible using ARIA landmarks and roles

8.3 Assistive Technology Compatibility

The Platform has been tested with the following assistive technologies:

  1. NVDA and JAWS screen readers on Windows
  2. VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
  3. TalkBack on Android
  4. Keyboard-only navigation (no mouse)
  5. High contrast mode in Windows and macOS

8.4 Known Limitations

We acknowledge that some areas of the Platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Where known limitations exist, we publish them in our accessibility log at supremeai.com.au/accessibility-log together with our planned remediation timeline. We prioritise fixes based on the impact to users with disability.

8.5 Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you encounter any accessibility barrier on our website or Platform, please contact our Accessibility Officer at [email protected] or call 1300 [Insert Number]. We will:

  1. Acknowledge your report within 2 business days
  2. Provide an accessible alternative within 5 business days where technically practicable
  3. Log the issue and incorporate it into our remediation roadmap

If we cannot resolve the issue within the above timeframes, we will provide an interim accessible workaround and keep you informed of our progress.

8.6 Feedback and Continuous Improvement

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Platform from users of all abilities. Accessibility improvements are reviewed quarterly by our product team. We commission a full independent WCAG audit at least every 24 months.
