9. Acceptable Use Policy

9.1 Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (‘AUP’) governs your access to and use of the Supreme AI Platform, website, API, and related services. By accessing the Platform you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access and, where conduct is unlawful, referral to law enforcement authorities.

9.2 Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely:

  1. For the purpose of building, maintaining, and operating your AML/CTF compliance program as a reporting entity under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth)
  2. In accordance with your subscription plan and the Terms of Service
  3. By authorised users within your organisation or designated business group (‘DBG’)
  4. In a manner consistent with Australian law and your professional obligations

9.3 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

Legal and Compliance Violations

  1. Commit, facilitate, conceal, or further any money laundering, terrorism financing, proliferation financing, or other offence under the AML/CTF Act, Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), or any other law
  2. Circumvent, frustrate, or evade your obligations as a reporting entity under the AML/CTF Act
  3. Disclose the existence or content of a Suspicious Matter Report to any person other than AUSTRAC or authorised law enforcement, in contravention of section 123 of the AML/CTF Act (tipping-off offence)
  4. Commit fraud, engage in deceptive conduct, or provide false or misleading information
  5. Violate any applicable sanction administered by the Australian Government or the United Nations

Platform Misuse

  1. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code or training data from the Platform
  3. Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell Platform content or templates without written consent
  4. Upload malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or any software designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access
  5. Use automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting tools against the Platform
  6. Share account credentials or allow multiple individuals to access the Platform through a single user account

Harmful Content and Conduct

  1. Harass, defame, abuse, stalk, or threaten any person
  2. Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or discriminatory
  3. Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
  4. Impersonate any person, entity, or regulator (including AUSTRAC)

AI Misuse

  1. Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or ‘jailbreak’ Supreme AI’s AI systems to produce outputs that violate these policies or applicable law
  2. Use AI-generated outputs as the sole basis for an AML/CTF determination without applying independent human judgement
  3. Represent AI-generated content as formal legal or professional advice

9.4 Consequences of Breach

We reserve the right to:

  1. Issue a warning
  2. Temporarily suspend access to the Platform or specific features
  3. Permanently terminate access where the breach is serious or repeated
  4. Preserve and disclose information to regulators or law enforcement where required by law

9.5 Reporting a Breach

If you become aware of conduct by any person that may violate this AUP, please report it promptly to [email protected]. Reports may be made anonymously where you prefer.
